Jessica and Isaac,
Yours was my first wedding, a super exciting moment in time that remains fixed in my memory. Jessica appearing with her hair in that pixie cut, looking so cute and shocking us all. Isaac handsome and twinkly. I loved the specialness of throwing flowers for you, remember dancing the hora with the pixie princess in her white dress held aloft on a chair high above us, all the happy family stretching in a great circle holding hands, in motion, full of joy. And today, though miles separate us, I am smiling along with you, sharing tears of rememberance, loving and celebrating along with this rare and special achievement that you are marking. Forty years of marriage, friendship, parenting, life. L'chaim!
Looking at the pictures of you today, I feel so much love for both of you and send you blessings of happiness for so many more years together. You light up those around you with your radiant warmth, affection and humor. I am grateful to be family with you both. Though I miss you, the love is eternal. May you shine on!
With all my love,
Maxime (Maxie)
A Celebration of 40 Years Together
After thinking about all of the dear friends and family who are such an important part of our parents' lives, and have shared so many wonderful times together, we knew we needed to find a way to include everyone in honoring and celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary. We decided that a blog could be the perfect way to let everyone send their well-wishes and congratulations, share stories and photos, and just say a few words. So please join us in verbally toasting (or roasting!) our beloved parents, Isaac & Jessica.
And don't let on just yet -- it's a SURPRISE!
Warmly, Katie & Justin Fromm
Please send your messages and photos to Katie at katefromm@hotmail.com to be posted (some have had technical difficulties, and this will streamline the process).
And please pass this on to anyone we’ve missed!
